Student Teaching Lesson Plans and Experiences

Student Teaching Placement 1

For this placement I taught in an emotional behavioral disabilities resource room for students grades Kindergarten through six. It was a phenomenal teaching experience.  Below is a lesson I taught to students during our reading and writing pull-out, and a social skills lesson taught to all of the students qualifying for EBD.

Comics (A Writing Lesson)

Our students, cooperating teacher, and educational assistants threw a surprise going away party for me on the last day of my first placement.

During the second 9 weeks I taught 5 Learning Disabilities Classes on the Junior High School Level, two 7th grade writing classes, one 9th grade study lab, and two 7th-9th grade reading classes.
